The Board of Adjustment will meet Tuesday, October 19th at 2pm to consider the Variance Request submitted by Colin J. Tarrant, Esq., agent for Richard W. Boes and Mary A. Boes, at 123 Trout Ave. The agenda is attached and the supporting documents can be found on the Town website (www.topsailbeach.org). Although the meeting is open to the public, only those with a direct interest in this matter will be given the opportunity to comment.  Those who wish to view the meeting electronically can do so by going to the Town website and clicking “view event” at the time of the meeting or watch it later in the archives.
