The Town of Topsail Beach, as well as Pender County and the State of North Carolina are under a State of Emergency with provisions for social distancing and limits on gatherings. Therefore, the August 12th Board of Commissioners meeting will be held electronically.  Those who wish to view the meeting can do so via Zoom webinar beginning at 6pm August 12, 2020. The agenda and supporting documents for this meeting can be found on the Town webside (www.topsailbeach.org) under the Government Tab.
